Our team leader, Stephen Greaves, holds an international MBA from a leading Canadian Business School. He actively serves on the Board of Directors of a number of IBCs in Barbados involved in oil and gas exploration, venture capital, sales distribution, pharmaceuticals, automotive technology, intellectual property, environmental and treatment control. He currently serves as director of private and public Nasdaq companies in the United States, and chairs various sub-committees of the Boards of Directors. He is an active Member of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA), the Canada Barbados Business Association (CBBA), the Toronto Board of Trade and the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Stephen Greaves has developed a sound track record for corporate governance. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of more than ten IBCs of substance and has managed an international venture capital fund for eight years.

Our team of professionals, which includes a Certified General Accountant (CGA), has built up excellent business relationships with key participants in the Barbados international business sector including attorneys, banking institutions and accounting firms.
